Membership

Membership costs $4.99 per month plus applicable tax. It renews automatically every month and your card is charged each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from My Account; you keep streaming until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Membership is a streaming service. It gives you access to whatever catalog is available while you're a member, and it does not include ownership of any track. If a payment fails, you have 3 days to update your card before streaming pauses.

What you're buying when you buy a track

A track purchase is a one-time purchase of that track as it is offered at the time of sale. You get a personal, non-transferable license to download it and play it for personal use. Your purchase is complete once the download is made available to you. Track prices are $1.49 for new releases (the first 3 months) and $0.99 after that, plus applicable tax, unless a different price is shown.

Rights-based removals

If we have to remove a track for rights or licensing reasons, it may stop being available to stream, and re-downloads may end, including tracks you bought. Copies you already downloaded stay yours to keep for personal use. A removal does not entitle you to a refund of the track purchase or a reduction in your membership price. Purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund.

Fair use of your account

Your account is for you. Don't share it, resell access, re-upload or redistribute music, or use bots or automated tools to play songs. We may suspend accounts that do, and we don't count automated or abusive plays toward artist royalties.
