What we collect

Your email, optional name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password). Your purchases and membership status. What you play and for how long, so we can pay artists fairly for streams. Basic security logs, such as the IP address and browser used to sign in, to protect accounts and stop fraud.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver what you bought, pay artist royalties, prevent fraud, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your personal information. We share play counts with artists only as totals, never your identity.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Security logs

Sign-in and admin activity logs are kept to protect accounts and investigate abuse, and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose, unless we must keep them for a legal reason.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing admin@brewerevolution.com from your account's email address. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires.
